On waking this morning, my only day off, I decided to go two for two and make dinner for us again. It was definitely a day for carnitas. Grabbed some pork shoulder, put it in the slow cooker for five hours with cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic, and green chiles. A hell of a pork chunk went in and shredded pieces came out.
